Schedule 2, paragraph 11(1)

If it appears to the Ministers by whom an order is made under this Schedule that any local enactment passed or made before the relevant date— those Ministers may by order repeal, amend or adapt that enactment to such extent, or in such manner, as they may consider appropriate. is inconsistent with any of the provisions of that order; or requires to be amended or adapted, having regard to any of the provisions of that order,
