Schedule 2, paragraph 5(3)

If, within the period of twenty-eight days mentioned in sub-paragraph (2) above, any body (including the appropriate agency) on which notice has been served under sub-paragraph (1) above gives notice to one of the Ministers objecting to the order, and the objection is not withdrawn, the order shall be subject to special parliamentary procedure.
