Schedule 2, paragraph 6(2)

In the case of an order to which sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 5 above applies, a notice under sub-paragraph (1) above— shall not be published until the end of the period of twenty-eight days mentioned in sub-paragraph (2) of that paragraph; and shall state whether or not the order is to be subject to special parliamentary procedure.
