Schedule 2, paragraph 7(2)

Where an application under sub-paragraph (1) above is duly made to the High Court, that Court, if satisfied— may quash the order either generally or in so far as it affects the applicant. that the order is not within the powers of this Schedule; or that the interests of the applicant have been substantially prejudiced by any requirements of this Schedule not having been complied with,
