Schedule 3, paragraph 4(1)

Where the relevant Minister makes an order under this Schedule, he shall serve notice of the making of the order on every person (if any) who— is a person on whom notice is required to have been served under paragraph 2(3) above; and has duly made an objection to the making of the order that has not been withdrawn.
