Schedule 3, paragraph 5(1)

Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, after making an order under this Schedule, the relevant Minister shall publish in the London Gazette, and in such other manner as he considers appropriate for bringing the order to the attention of persons likely to be affected by it, a notice— stating that the order has been made; and naming the places where a copy of the order may be inspected at all reasonable times.
