Section 115(4)

Neither of the Ministers shall make an order under this section unless the appropriate agency has caused notice of— to be published in the London Gazette and, if it is directed to do so by one of the Ministers, in such other manner as that Minister thinks best adapted for informing persons affected. that Minister’s intention to make the order; the place where copies of the draft order may be inspected and obtained; and the matters notified under subsection (3)(b) above,
