Section 118(7)

In this section “flood risk management region” — in relation to the Agency, means the region of a Regional Flood and Coastal Committee, within the meaning of section 22 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 , and in relation to the NRBW, means Wales, within the meaning of section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
