Section 155(5)

Where, by reason of a certificate having been given by the relevant Minister under this section in relation to any drainage works, the Agency or, as the case may be, the NRBW has acquired any land or right and a grant has been made out of public moneys for defraying the cost or part of the cost of the carrying out of the works, the Agency or, as the case may be, the NRBW shall— transfer the land or right to the Commissioners or to any person nominated by them. on being so required by the Crown Estate Commissioners; and on payment by the Commissioners to the Agency or the NRBW of the sum paid by the Agency or the NRBW in respect of the acquisition of the land or right, together with the amount of any costs incurred by the Agency or the NRBW in connection with the acquisition,
