Section 190(2)

It shall be the duty of the appropriate agency— to secure that the contents of registers maintained by the appropriate agency under this section are available, at all reasonable times, for inspection by the public free of charge; and to afford members of the public reasonable facilities for obtaining from the appropriate agency, on payment of reasonable charges, copies of entries in any of the registers.
