Section 194A(3)

The NRBW may charge a fee for providing a copy or data under subsection (2), but the fee— must, in the case of a person appearing to the NRBW to have requested a copy or data for commercial purposes, represent a reasonable usage fee, and in any other case, may not exceed the reasonable costs of providing the copy or data.
