Section 198(8)

Any person who fails to comply with any obligation imposed on him by this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction— to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale; and where the the offence continues after conviction, to a further fine of £20 for every day during which it so continues.
