Section 201(3)

A person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a notice served on him under this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
