Section 204(3)

Nothing in subsection (1) above shall be construed— as limiting the matters which may be included in, or made public as part of, a report of— under any provision of this Act , Part I or IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, that Act of 1991 , the 1995 Act , regulations under section 2 of the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999, or the Water Act 2003; the Agency; the Scottish Environment Protection Agency; the NRBW; the Water Services Regulation Authority; the Consumer Council for Water (or any regional committee of that Council established under section 27A of the Water Industry Act 1991); or the Competition and Markets Authority, as limiting the matters which may be published under section 201 of that Act of 1991; or as applying to any information which has been made public as part of such a report or has been so published or to any information exclusively of a statistical nature.
