Section 205(5)

Any person who fails to comply with any obligation imposed on him by the preceding provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction— to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale; and where the offence continues after conviction, to a further fine of £20 for every day during which it so continues.
