Section 211(1)

If any person contravenes any byelaws made by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 25 to this Act, he shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction— to a fine not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale; and if the contravention is continued after conviction, to a fine not exceeding £5 for each day on which it is so continued.
