Section 22(2)

After considering any matter under subsection (1) above the appropriate agency shall submit to the Secretary of State with respect to the inland waters in question either— and subsections (6) and (7) of that section shall apply in relation to a draft statement under this subsection as they apply in relation to a draft statement under that section. such a draft statement as is mentioned in subsection (1) of section 21 above; or a draft statement that no minimum acceptable flow ought to be determined for those waters or, as the case may require, that the minimum acceptable flow for those waters does not need to be changed.
