Section 46(6)

Different provision may be made by the same licence with respect to any one or more of the following matters, that is to say— and any such provision as is mentioned in subsection (2) above may be made separately in relation to each of the matters for which (in accordance with this subsection) different provision is made in the licence. the abstraction of water during different periods; the abstraction of water from the same source of supply but at different points or by different means; the abstraction of water for use for different purposes;
