Section 93(4A)

The maximum penalties for an offence created by subsection 4(c) shall not exceed— on summary conviction, a term of imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both); and on conviction on indictment, imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine (or both).
