In Article 12 (returns by trade unions and employers’ associations outside Northern Ireland), in paragraph (1) for “section 11 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974" substitute “ section 32 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 ” and for “subsection (2)" substitute “ subsection (1) ”.
