Schedule 2, paragraph 4(2)

Part II of Schedule 1 (bodies of which all members are disqualified under that Act) shall continue to have effect with the following entries (originally inserted by paragraph 16(2) of Part IV of Schedule16 to the Employment Protection Act 1975)— The Central Arbitration Committee. The Council of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. The Employment Appeal Tribunal.
