Schedule A1, Part I, paragraph 14(3)

In relation to a relevant application, the relevant bargaining unit is— the proposed bargaining unit, where the application is under paragraph 11(2) or 12(2); the agreed bargaining unit, where the application is under paragraph 12(4).
