Schedule A1, Part I, paragraph 32(1)

This paragraph applies if— the CAC issues a declaration under this Part of this Schedule that the union is (or unions are) recognised as entitled to conduct collective bargaining on behalf of a bargaining unit, the parties agree a method by which they will conduct collective bargaining, and one or more of the parties fails to carry out the agreement.
