Schedule A1, Part III, paragraph 94(6)

In construing paragraphs 69(3)(c), 78(3)(c), 85(2)(c), 87(6)(b) and 89(6)(b)— sub-paragraphs (3) and (4) do not apply, and references to collective bargaining are to negotiations relating to pay, hours and holidays.
