Schedule A1, Part IV, paragraph 116B(1)

This paragraph applies if— the CAC accepts an application under paragraph 106, 107 or 112, the union requests (or unions request) access to the workers constituting the bargaining unit under paragraph 116A(2) in connection with the application, and the application is in progress.
