Schedule A1, Part V, paragraph 122(1)

This Part of this Schedule applies if— the CAC has issued a declaration under paragraph 19F(5), 22(2), 27(2) or 27D(3) that a union is (or unions are) recognised as entitled to conduct collective bargaining on behalf of a bargaining unit, and the parties have agreed under paragraph 30 or 31 a method by which they will conduct collective bargaining.
