Schedule A1, Part VI, paragraph 144(1)

This paragraph applies if the CAC is subsequently satisfied that— the Certification Officer has come to a decision on the application (or each of the applications) mentioned in paragraph 143(1)(b), and his decision is that the union (or any of the unions) which made an application under section 6 is independent.
