Schedule A1, Part VI, paragraph 145(1)

This paragraph applies if the CAC is subsequently satisfied that— the Certification Officer has come to a decision on the application (or each of the applications) mentioned in paragraph 143(1)(b), and his decision is that the union (or each of the unions) which made an application under section 6 is not independent.
