Schedule A1, Part VII, paragraph 152(3)

Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 · United Kingdom

Sub-paragraph (4) shall apply on the day after— the day on which the Certification Officer informs the union (or unions) of the withdrawal (or withdrawals), or if there is more than one union, and he informs them on different days, the last of those days.
