Schedule A1A, Part 1, paragraph 5

The electronic voting platform used for the ballot must be compatible with assistive technologies. In this paragraph “assistive technology” means hardware or software which enables persons with disabilities to interact with, or assists such persons with interacting with, content on the internet.
