Schedule A1A, Part 3, paragraph 14

The hybrid voting materials must be sent, by post, to the relevant address of every person who is eligible to vote by hybrid voting. Where a person chooses to vote by hybrid voting, the person votes by one of the following— marking the voting paper sent to them; submitting the electronic voting form which they have accessed using the voting access method sent to them. Each voting paper must— state the name of the independent scrutineer and clearly specify the address to which, and the date by which, it is to be returned, be given one of a series of consecutive whole numbers, every one of which is used in giving a different number in that series to each voting paper printed or otherwise produced for the purposes of the ballot, and be marked with its number. Voting papers which have been returned to the scrutineer must be stored securely. In this paragraph, “relevant address” means, in respect of a person, their home address or another address which they have requested the trade union in writing to treat as their postal address.
