Schedule A1A, Part 3, paragraph 17

In this Part, “hybrid voting materials” means— a voting paper which complies with the requirements of this Part, instructions for the return of the voting paper, a voting access method, electronic voting instructions, and in the case of an election held under section 46(1)(a) (elections for certain positions), a list of the candidates at the election.
