Section 100ZA(3)

Where the determination provides that more than one permissible means of voting is available for the ballot, the determination must also set out— that each of those means is available for each person who is entitled to vote in the ballot, or which one or more of those means is available for one or more of the following— particular persons who are entitled to vote in the ballot; particular descriptions of persons who are entitled to vote in the ballot.
