Section 101A(2)

Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 · United Kingdom
The Certification Officer shall— enter, with effect from the amalgamation date, the name of the amalgamated union in the list of trade unions, and remove, with effect from that date, the names of the amalgamating unions from that list.
