Section 129(1)

The following provisions of Chapter II of Part I of this Act apply to an unincorporated employers’ association as in relation to a trade union— section 12(1) and (2) (property to be vested in trustees), section 13 (vesting of property in new trustees), and section 14 (transfer of securities held in trust for trade union).
