Section 183(1)

A trade union may present a complaint to the Central Arbitration Committee that an employer has failed— The complaint must be in writing and in such form as the Committee may require. to disclose to representatives of the union information which he was required to disclose to them by section 181, or to confirm such information in writing in accordance with that section.
