Section 206

A Code of Practice issued by the Secretary of State may be revoked by him by order made by statutory instrument. An order shall not be made under this section unless a draft of it has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament. The order may contain such transitional provisions and savings as appear to him to be appropriate.
