Section 212A(1)

ACAS may prepare a scheme providing for arbitration in the case of disputes involving proceedings, or claims which could be the subject of proceedings, before an employment tribunal under, or arising out of a contravention or alleged contravention of— section 63F(4), (5) or (6) or 63I(1)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (study and training); section 80G(1) or 80H(1)(b) of that Act (flexible working), Part X of that Act (unfair dismissal), or any enactment specified in an order made by the Secretary of State.
