Section 228C(4)

For the purposes of this section, each of the following is to be treated as casting a separate vote— returning a voting paper which was sent in accordance with paragraph 14(1) of Schedule A1A or provided in accordance with paragraph 16(5)(a) of that Schedule; submitting an electronic voting form where the voting access method used to access the electronic voting form was sent in accordance with paragraph 14(1) of Schedule A1A or provided in accordance with paragraph 16(5)(a) of that Schedule.
