In order to vote, a person must— attend the qualifying location for a ballot, provide the scrutineer with their name and a form of identification which the scrutineer considers acceptable, be provided with a voting paper in accordance with subsection (6), mark the voting paper, and place the marked voting paper in a qualifying ballot box.
