In this section— “qualifying ballot box” means a box, used for storing marked voting papers, which— is possessed solely by the scrutineer throughout the ballot, and is secured with a seal which remains unbroken until the ballot is complete; “qualifying location” is to be interpreted in accordance with section 230F; “workplace voting list” means the list of the names of the persons eligible to vote by workplace voting sent in accordance with section 226B(7).
