A qualifying location is a location that satisfies the following requirements— it is a location which the employer of the persons who are eligible to vote by workplace voting has agreed may be used for the purposes of the ballot; it is capable of being secured against unauthorised entry of persons; so far as reasonably practicable, it is not monitored by the employer during the carrying out of the ballot; it is a suitable location or environment for the purposes of enabling the carrying out of the ballot.
