In this section— “employment” includes any relationship whereby one person personally does work or performs services for another; and “worker”, in relation to a dispute with an employer, means— a worker employed by that employer; or a person who has ceased to be so employed if his employment was terminated in connection with the dispute or if the termination of his employment was one of the circumstances giving rise to the dispute.
