Section 35(6)

The Secretary of State may make provision by regulations as to the procedure to be followed when it is intended to move a resolution— and as to the rights of auditors and members of the trade union in relation to such a motion. appointing another auditor in place of a retiring auditor, or providing expressly that a retiring auditor shall not be re-appointed,
