Section 43(1)

The following provisions of this Chapter do not apply to a trade union which has been in existence for less than twelve months— section 27 (duty to supply copy of rules), sections 32 to 37 (annual return, statement for members, accounts and audit), . . . sections 37A to 37E (investigation of financial affairs), and sections 38 to 42 (members’ superannuation schemes).
