In this Chapter— “selected means of voting” means, in relation to an election, a permissible means of voting that is available for the election as a result of a determination under this section; a person is “eligible to vote” at an election by a particular means of voting if the determination under this section for the election sets out that that means is available for the person (see subsection (3)).
