Section 51ZC(1)

So far as is reasonably practicable, every person who is eligible to vote by postal voting must have sent to them by post, at their home address or another address which they have requested the trade union in writing to treat as their postal address, a voting paper which either lists the candidates at the election or is accompanied by a separate list of those candidates.
