Section 60(3)

Where the union chooses to accord an overseas member entitlement to vote — the following provisions, so far as applicable, apply in relation to the member— section 46A (responsible person’s determination of means of voting); section 51 (voting); section 51ZA (counting of votes where multiple votes cast by same person); section 51ZB (postal voting); section 51ZC (postal voting: voting paper and method of voting); section 51B (electronic voting); section 51C (hybrid voting); Schedule A1A (certain requirements relating to electronic voting and hybrid voting); nothing in section 47 (candidates) or section 50 (entitlement to vote) applies in relation to an overseas member or in relation to a vote cast by such a member.
