Section 70ZI(2)

A party to an access agreement may make a complaint to the Central Arbitration Committee on any of the following grounds— that the person has, before the end of the relevant period, carried out the conduct complained of under section 70ZH again; where the complaint under section 70ZH was that the person breached the agreement, that the person has, before the end of the relevant period, breached the agreement again (whether or not in the way complained of under section 70ZH); that the person has breached an order under section 70ZH(3)(c).
