Section 70ZM

An appeal lies to the Employment Appeal Tribunal on any question of law arising from any determination, declaration or order of, or arising in any proceedings before, the Central Arbitration Committee under this Chapter. Where the Central Arbitration Committee makes an order under section 70ZI(5)(b) for a person to pay an amount to the Central Arbitration Committee, the person may appeal against the order. On an appeal under subsection (2), the Employment Appeal Tribunal may— quash the order; make an order requiring the person to pay a reduced amount to the Central Arbitration Committee; dismiss the appeal. The Central Arbitration Committee must pay into the Consolidated Fund any amounts received under subsection (3)(b).
